Video Review: Mister T “Mission of Mercy”
Original Airdate: Saturday, December 1, 1984

It’s another episode of Saturday Morning Glory and another look back at crazy Saturday morning cartoons. And by far, no Saturday morning cartoon was crazier than Mister T. It’s an Agony Booth favorite that’s finally out on DVD!

We’ve already covered eight episodes of Mister T on this site, but none of them approach the insanity of “Mission of Mercy”, where T and the gang travel to Africa to recover a stolen food shipment meant for starving children. Lives will be saved, tears will be shed, and desert creatures will be eaten, as Mr. T punches famine right in the face. And in the end, we all might learn the difference between a bulldozer and a forklift!
