“In Pinkie Pie’s world, you can never have too much of anything!”
“Oh sweet, sweet freedom of being home alone! Now she can walk around naked just as much as she wants! But then again, Apple Bloom is already naked all the time. Huh. Well, I’m all out of good things to say about being home alone now.”
“So really, Fluttershy could have potentially committed genocide on all of these small things with her kindness. Isn’t there a Doctor Who episode with that theme?”
“The last time we had a Cutie Mark Crusaders episode, we got a long wished for and well-handled character exploration. This time... we have children going nuts. Joy.”
“What Fluttershy has isn’t ordinary stage fright, or performance anxiety. It’s performance paranoia!”
“To this show’s credit, it handles the love triangle plot way better in a twenty-minute episode than a certain billion-dollar Hollywood franchise did in five movies.”
“‘Weird Al’ Yankovic is pretty much playing a combination of himself and a male version of Pinkie Pie called ‘Cheese Sandwich’. Sounds like a killer combination to me, if for nothing else than just how random it is.”
“I’m not entirely sure what this episode has to say other than, ‘Hey, look at Discord! Discord is here!’ Which, I’ll admit, is not the worst episode idea I’ve ever heard.”
“Well, people, you knew it had to happen. The thing about any long-running series is that no matter how good it is, there will always be a few duds in between all the great stuff.”
“I will admit, though, that if you’re going to take a selfie, plunging over a waterfall is really the only way to do it. ”
“‘Rarity Takes Manehattan’ looks to be another fan favorite, and possibly the best Rarity episode the show has produced so far.”
“There’s something strangely delightful about dear little Fluttershy turning into these... things. What will they do next week? Turn her into a slimy mutant blob? That could work.”
“The Mane Six get sucked into the comic book, and are given super powers, as well as outfits that cosplayers all around the globe are most certainly making for themselves at this very moment.”
“Season four of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic finally picks up with the fifth episode ‘Flight to the Finish’, which seems to have become an instant fan favorite.”
“Hey, if I didn’t have any sense of decency, I would probably be camping out on Guillermo del Toro’s front door (who wouldn’t?). But I do have decency and respect, both of which probably should have been at the heart of this episode’s lesson.”
