The Pumaman (1980) (part 6 of 10)

Vadinho points to an abandoned warehouse and he and Tony head inside. Vadinho calls this his “refuge” and Pumaman quips, “It fits your proportions!” So, in other words, Tony, Vadinho is hung?

Vadinho says he sleeps here on the hard concrete floor. “How one sleeps does not matter.” Especially when you’re watching this movie. “How one wakes up is important!”

Vadinho yells, “Kneel!” Not kneeling, Pumaman asks why the gods don’t just help them find the Gold Mask, but Vadinho says, essentially, that the gods work in mysterious ways and yells at Tony once again to kneel.

“Make silence in you,” Vadinho says. Oh good. I’ve been waiting for Tony to make silence in him since he first opened his mouth. Vadinho says, “Leave all material things behind! Become part of the cosmos! Concentrate your mind on the image of the god Puma. Have you done this, brother?” And can you dig it?
