And then we journey to the home of the Rock Biter, where the filmmakers, as well as the good people at Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, drop any pretense of trying not to basically remake Dinosaurs. As we know from the earlier movies, Rock Biter is a giant made out of stone who eats rocks. His wife, hitherto unseen, has her hair in stone curlers as she sweeps the front doorstep. So… Rock Biter has a house? And his house has a TV? And the TV is currently showing music videos? I’ve got nothing.

Believe it or not, I used to watch this show in Germany, and it makes even less sense in English.

Sitting in the living room watching the music videos is Rock Biter’s creepy baby, Rock Biter, Jr. We last saw him in NeverEnding Story II, and oddly, he hasn’t aged at all since that movie. Although, he will be dramatically shrinking and growing in size, depending on the scene.
