Tango & Cash (1989) (part 3 of 3)
51. The next day, Cash arrives in Tango’s cell, ready to go. Tango refuses, and there’s a weird bit with Clint Howard (I know, I know, any bit with Clint Howard is automatically weird), and then Cash leaves.
52. The escape begins with Cash on garbage detail, while rain comes down in thick sheets. (And in California, we get rain like this about as often as Halley’s Comet comes around, so this must be for dramatic effect.) Cash smashes through a wall with a crowbar, then crawls through ventilation ducts until he comes to a pair of gigantic fans. One has been turned off, and he squeezes his way through it. He then opens a set of doors in time to see the lifeless body of the assistant warden fall down on him.
