Morning Sideboob: Jennifer Lopez’s Vocal Violation
New Music From JLo (featuring DJ Auto-Tune)
Jennifer Lopez is back on “American Idol” as a judge, so that can only mean one thing: She’s got a project to promote. While Jen’s already shot a video for the song “Same Girl” from her upcoming release that will drop later this year, the World Wide Web just got its grubby little hands on another song from the record, the similarly titled “Girls.” Take a listen and let us know what you think.
We just wish we had the pre-processed version of the song to analyze—you know, before the “studio magic” happens. It’s always been assumed that the Fly-Girl-turned-actress/singer has a little synthetic help in the vocal department, but the public didn’t know exactly how much until this little audio nugget came about of Jennifer stop-starting in the booth:
Which leads us to possibly the best example of rotten singing by a singer who makes millions of dollars off of being a singer. This is the actual soundboard recording of Enrique Iglesias attempting to belt out his hit song “Rhythm Divine.” Ouch.
David Beckham Goes Commando
Soccer star David Beckham has transitioned seamlessly from adored athlete to fashion model.
While he had mad skills on the field, his boyish smile, perfect hair, and tattooed, muscular body no doubt helped to win over fans. Those fans will be very happy to hear about David’s latest commercial for H&M. The company has two commercials at the ready for David Beckham Bodywear to run during the Super Bowl. The public will vote as to whether it wants to see him #Uncovered in the ad or #Covered. Voting starts today over at HM.com. So how about it?
So what is David in a mad dash to get away from? We’re not quite sure, but we do have one idea.
Bachelor Star Is a Weiner!
Reality TV is built on average people who agree to be filmed making a fool of themselves. They’re picked to booze it up, say outrageous things, and then regret it all when they get home. Those in search of their 15 minutes of fame are used to just spouting off about any subject, not really thinking about the repercussions. Case in point is the latest Bachelor, Juan Pablo, who recently spilled the beans on his thoughts about the possibility of a gay Bachelor, citing the “What about the children?!” defense.
The hunky star of the latest season of “The Bachelor” unveiled his very candid opinions about the possibility of a future gay bachelor at a “network party” on Friday night.
When asked whether or not he thought the hit ABC reality show featuring a gay or bisexual bachelor would be a “good idea,” Juan Pablo Galavis reportedly told The TV Page‘s Sean Daly, “No… I respect [gay people] but, honestly, I don’t think it’s a good example for kids…”
Then came the lightning-fast apology on his Facebook page.
I want to apologize to all the people I may have offended because of my comments on having a Gay or Bisexual Bachelor,” he wrote. “The comment was taken out of context. If you listen to the entire interview, there’s nothing but respect for Gay people and their families.
Too late! Jimmy Fallon came up with an entertaining game on his late-night show in which contestants had to get as many hot dogs into a photograph of Juan Pablo’s mouth as they could in 20 seconds.
We’ll watch that video more than we’ll ever watch “The Bachelor.”
