Morning Sideboob: Ashton Kutcher and Charlie Sheen Twitter Fight It Out
Ashton Tells Charlie to Shut His Piehole
Guys are pretty funny. They have this great ability to get really pissed off at each other, yell and scream, get into a shoving match (or worse), and then shake hands and be over it. The incident will never be brought up again.
For instance, ever since Ashton Kutcher took over for the ousted Charlie Sheen on his hit show Two and a Half Men, Charlie has been being his prickly self, sticking it to Ashton on Twitter whenever possible. Most recently, he tweeted to Ashton,“Quit barfing on my old brilliant show.”
Well, it seems Charlie drove Ashton to the edge cuz he’s mad as hell and he can’t take it anymore! During his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday, Ashton turned to the camera and delivered a message straight to Charlie out there in TV Land:
Dude, shut the fuck up! Enough already. It’s three years later and you’re still blowing me up on Twitter. Come on dude, really?
Dooooood, he wasn’t playing a character in Dude, Where’s My Car?, was he? That’s the real deal.
Anyways, that’s all it took for Charlie to realize the error of his ways and wave the white flag, tweeting,
“Ashton, message received. so sorry, u sounded like me! well done! my bad I was pissed at other crap & took it out on you. hope u r good xox c.”
And just like that, the beef was officially over…but not before Charlie had to get one last aggressive barb in.
Channing Tatum Is Fat and Happy
In 2012, People crowned Channing Tatum the Sexiest Man Alive. But now that the former stripper is taking some much-needed time off from the grind, he told Ellen DeGeneres on her show he is simply “fappy.”
Right now – what me and my wife [Jenna Dewan Tatum] like to call it, I am very ‘fappy.’ I’m very fat and happy right now. Just for once, I’ve been working for two straight years, and now it’s some really needed down time.
We’re glad he can kick his feet up and eat a few buckets of KFC. Enjoy yourself.
While Channing is saying he’s not done any work in a while, that’s not entirely true. We were able to secure some exclusive footage from Magic Mike 2: Make It Rain. Check it out (Channing is on the right).
George Clooney Seeks Revenge on Tina Fey and Amy Poehler
It was the funniest line of the night, the one delivered by Tina Fey, and it made the entire room at this year’s Golden Globes — and everyone watching at home — burst into laughter. The joke was directed at notorious prankster George Clooney: “Gravity is nominated for best film. It’s the story of how George Clooney would rather float away into space and die than spend one more minute with a woman his own age.”
Tina and cohost Amy Poehler also jokingly referred to Matt Damon as Hollywood’s garbage man, providing George the perfect fodder for his retribution. And here’s how it went down. George ordered stationery with Matt’s name on it and penned a note to the two comediennes:
Look, it sounds hypocritical because I laughed at jokes about George and Leo, but that’s sort of what people think about them. But when you call me a garbage man it just seems like low-hanging fruit. It seems like an easy joke. I don’t want an apology or anything else. I just want you to know that my kid now calls me the garbage man.
Matt, who had no idea any of this was transpiring, swiftly received a basket of (low-hanging?) fruit with two letters from Tina and Amy. The first read:
“I thought you of all people could take a joke. And listen we’re both really sorry.”
And the second:
If your note is part of some George Clooney prank, as I very strongly suspect it is, you A-list amateurs are gonna have to step it the fuck up. We are not some easily confused starlets you’re dealing with here, we are grown-ass professional comedians. Please accept this fruit as a token of our sincerity.
Elizabeth “Tina” Fey and Amy “Boston” Poehler
For his part, Matt is steering clear of it all.
