The battle was such a massive hit that a few years later, Kong was back to fight a mechanical version of himself controlled by an evil scientist called “Dr. Hu”… And no, his lab was not bigger on the inside than the outside.

From what I’ve read, the movie sounds like an insane bit of cheese, as you can see from the image below.

An animated series followed as well, but it would take a mad Italian to bring the big ape back to the big screen.
