I had hoped that at least SOMEONE would suffer with me, with those jumpscares I did put in the video.

But no such luck apparently… I’ll get you next time for sure. I’m going to kill me entire audience via Heart attack… I SEE NO FLAWS IN THIS PLAN!!!!

        Well I’m fearless so…

        Good luck with that.

        Scardy cat. :P

If it makes you feel any better, the loudest of the jumpscares hit me while my speakers were set just a little extra high. So not only was I startled, I’m pretty sure my neighbors noticed as well. And since I highly doubt they suggested this game for you, and I know I didn’t, way to spread the pain there, Sofes.

          You’re welcome.

Well, just by themselves they aren’t so scary, but when you’re actually playing the game and the tension is building up, yeah, they’re pretty freaky! ^_^

There’s one advantage to not being a regular gamer:
you’ll never fucking hate me because of my requests. :)P

Plus thank you for suffering for your art via comic acting. It’s been a while.

        • Sofie Liv

Well… I made a funny Mario act a little while ago that’s exclusively on my youtube.
It’s not that long ago I did something like that is it? Oh well. *Shrug*

Feel free to join the gaming community though, we are recruiting.

One of us…. One of us…

Oh yeah, I’ve watched you doing the Mario since it was posted on Day 1–
if you remember I suggested that you should team up with your sister playing Luigi, so you two can be the Super Sofio Sisters. Although I said it on Facebook instead of YouTube–it doesn’t sit right with me that I need to make a YT account when I don’t have videos of my own to post, in order to just say something. Plus I usually watch everyone’s videos as soon as they come in through the Raw Feed section on this site, so if you don’t hear me talking at YT, you’ll hear me right here.

Come back to the Booth forums, please Boothers–it’s starting to get lonely out here :(

The comic acting I refer to is what rarely happens nowadays in the gaming videos–seeing your reactions now to FNAF is as fun as say, seeing your reactions to the Groke right outside your doorstep. Never stop being silly.

Those who can’t do, teach. Those who can’t game, draw. You’ll see this week.

It’s probably a good thing I don’t do that kind of acting very often.

It can be funny in small dose’s, but doing it to much and it looses its affect plus it gets obnoxious.
I also did it when I reviewed. “Limbo.” so yeah… I’m using it only very sparringly on purpose so I wont suddenly look incredible obnoxious.

I’m still here, i’m responding to you right now.

          • danbreunig

I get what you mean; moderation in everything. Just like liquor, swearing, or red meat, you never want too much nor too little. And a little dash of Sofie-level silliness once in a while makes a nice video cookie to snack on.

“I’m still here, i’m responding to you right now.”
Aw, thanks. :,) That’s the last emoticon I’ll use for a while now.

Allow me to explain Chuck E. Cheese. CEC is basically the capitalist version of Disney’s Country Bear Jamboree, but it’s meant for kids and birthday parties you know? The food’s lousy, the animatronics are creepy but no kid actually goes to those places for the pizza and scary robots pretending to sing pizza-themed song parodies anyway and I’ve never met any who did, they go there for the simply HUGE video arcade and back in the pre-console days the fact that they had all the latest and greatest games that were out was the primary selling point—and with good reason. The owner of the CEC franchise was Nolan Bushnell, who was also happened to be the founder of Atari. I don’t know about you, but pizza that tasted like a donkey’s anus was a small price to pay for the privilege of getting to play Afterburner in the flight simulator-like cockpit that actually moved. That thing was so badass it ruined Afterburner for me forever. I could never bring myself to play the standard cabinet or the console version after that.

Anyway, there’s a lot more to FNAF than its limited gameplay and jumpscares. IMO it’s the backstory and mythology that really makes this game. There’s a reason the animatronics are trying to kill you and remember when Phone Guy mentions the Bite of ’87? There’s a story behind that too. I won’t spoil anything, but Freddy and the gang are NOT the villains.
