Back at the Hammerhead, the place is still trashed from the Congressionals’ search. Curly sweeps up glass as he sings in German. In a moment that comes dangerously close to actually being amusing, he stops, takes a sip from a glass of wine, then smashes the glass on the floor and sweeps it up.

Then in a direct rip of the scene in Casablanca where Rick sells the bar to Ferrari, Pam appears to tell Curly that the bar is now his, because she and Charlie are leaving. Curly doesn’t think he has enough experience to run a bar, but Pam insists he’s a “natural”. Which is one thing you certainly can’t say about Pam, in both her physical appearance and her acting ability.
