Alone in the Dark (2005) (part 3 of 8)

It’s time to meet our next protagonist. Outside a big building with columns (later to be identified as a museum), Tara Reid is walking around looking busy and writing things down. She must be smart, because she’s wearing black-rimmed glasses. A guard calls to her, saying, “Miss Cedrac,” so I guess we know her name. Frankly, though, I didn’t bother to remember this character’s name, since there is no character. All I see is Tara Reid with glasses (and later, without glasses).

The guard and the mailman bring her a crate addressed to Dr. Hudgens, from Dr. Hudgens. The point of this currently eludes me. Unless he’s lonely and doesn’t have any friends, and just wants to get mail from somebody. Also, I just noticed that even though the closing credits list him as “Professor Hudgens”, everyone calls him Doctor. No wonder he became evil. Frustration!

Hi, my name is Matthias, I am a student of English and German, and may one day even get to teach these (if my university ever works out how to run a B.A. system). I live in a medium-sized German town few have ever heard of, and have only recently discovered the joys of suffering through horrible movies, describing them in every little... okay, let's forget about the joy and make that therapeutic effect.
