Hordak with his funky transformations and beefcake Bow for the ladies...at least George Lucas wouldn't sue them, but Mattel might.

George Lucas wasn't very successful with his lawsuit, but Disney is a powerful company with the money to hire angriest lawyers in the business. But first they have to know about it, and feel that it will hurt their image, I think.

Speaking of Disney lawsuits, Disney once threatened to sue Marvel for Howard the Duck looking too much like Donald Duck and forced them to radically change his appearance. Now Disney owns Marvel and the company of the guy who made the movie. Seems kind of spooky to me.

I don't know, but you can pretty much consider fanfilms and the Expanded Universe dead. As much as he did to destroy what he created, I did admire George Lucas for being so cool about the fans doing their own thing with his copyrights. Disney isn't nearly as litigiously forgiving.
