Every so often, we get little reminders on this forum about how lucky we are. To wit: we could be the IMDB. We all know Rain Man, even if it's only from the "full retard" diatribe in Tropic Thunder. Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman are brothers, Dustin Hoffman is autustic but a math savant, cross-country road trip, wapner wapner wapner. It seems to be generally liked even by groups that would otherwise find the content "offensive." But what do the forumj posters at the Internet Movie Database have to say about it? I picked Stand By Me. Everybody likes Stand By Me. What crazy things could someone possibly say. Well, stuff like this: Boys these days couldn't have friendships like the one in the film.
