RAW FEED: Composition; Sunrise

This piece composed electronicly with “Logic Pro.” is of course inspired by the sunrise.
The beginning is meant to be slow and slowly building up as the sun rises and slowly wakes up the landscape until we end on a spring setting where every little rabbit has woken up and starts the day playing around.

You got quite an original streak going here, that makes it sound both especially classical and modern at the same time. Yet very coincidentally I keep hearing little similarities to other songs–particularly like mixing the intro crescendos to Pomp & Circumstance First Movement and Damage Inc. That’s more my mind twisting things than you imitating something else, though.

Lovely sweet song you made, min frue–keep it up!

      Thanks.
Well unfortunately it’s difficult to help the more grummy tech tech sound as this is made on a computer, no real life instruments involved… except for my electrical piano plugged into the computer.

I had fun making this, pretty calming, at first I wanted it to be a fantasy melody but as so often when I write things like this things just start to sort of flow and it becomes stuff.

      Thanks again, I shall 🙂

    Huh; that was…actually pretty good.

You sound downright surprise… You think that Piano behind me in my videos is just for decoration?

      • Jonathan Campbell

        Yup.

        I genuinely thought you sucked.

I would never have TOLD you that you sucked, of course; that would just be rude.

But this was nice. It was a good piece, and I enjoyed it.

Here’s to Sofie- she doesn’t actually suck.

EDIT: Nah, it really was good. You are very talented. And I’m still listening to it, which is about as high praise as I can offer you. Thank you for this.

  • Not bad. Defiantly done on a computer, but the composition itself is very nice.
